I had been with the same company for close to 30 years, so making a life changing decision to pick up and move across the country was very unsettling. I interviewed for a position with Doug McMillan, the CEO of the facility, and was extremely impressed from the start. Not only did he take the time out of his extremely busy schedule to meet with me but he also had his entire leadership team present as well. His organization, leadership, commitment, and his geniality did not go unnoticed. To say Doug was a huge factor in my decision to accept the offer he presented would be an understatement.
