I’ve known Doug for more than 20 years.  He is a proven leader with long tenure and exceptional team building skills.  Doug took a small critical access hospital and built it into one of the top CAHs in the country.  His team love and respected him, as the CEO of his hospital.

He served in numerous capacities for both the state and national association, always coming to meetings well prepared and bringing exceptional insight and perspective to each conversation.  Not only is Doug a strong leader but he is an exceptional person, with strong moral fiber and a desire to be the very best.
